NESCAN Members’ Gathering & AGM 2026

A fantastic opportunity for all our members to come together from all across the city and shire to share, learn, laugh and connect.

It’s the highlight of the year once again – the Members’ Gathering.

We look forward to welcoming you to The Members’ Gathering 2026 on Saturday 16th May 2026 at The James Hutton Institute, Aberdeen. Join us between 10.00 am to 3.30 pm for a day of fun, connection and food.

The event will bring us all together to celebrate all the amazing work our network does in the North East of Scotland. We will have presentations from some of our members, an open mic and our AGM. We will finish off the day with fun activities that will definitely be memorable.

The Gathering is free and will include tea and coffee and a light-lunch. Members can bring guests and we welcome those who are not members (yet) but please register so we know who is attending. The event is family friendly but young people need to be chaperoned by a responsible adult.
