Building Racial Equity: Let’s Talk About Race

NESCAN Hub and CEMVO Scotland invite you to attend a free Anti-Racism Training Workshop designed to create a new set of values and behaviours that are inclusive, equitable, and respectful of all people to understand and challenge existing views and behaviours related to race. It will provide the tools you require to inform your anti-racism strategy. Learning outcomes include:

• Increased awareness of the impacts of racism
• Enable intent listening and build trust
• Influencing and holding others accountable
• Educating others, changing hearts and minds.
• Grasping the issues, remedies and how to put words into practice.
• Participants are equipped with a common language and intersectional approach.
